USTRAA Return & Replacement Policy:

All return & replacement cases will be considered within 7 days* after the date of delivery of your order. We offer returns in following cases: 

  • If product gets damaged in transit
  • If you get a wrong product
  • If you receive an expired product
  • If a product is missing in your order
  • If you did not like the product. Exceptions for Fragrances & Trimmer apply. Do read below

How to avail returns:

  • Issues needs to be reported within 7 days* after delivery.
  • Mail at help@ustraa.com OR Call at 1800 103 6121/ 1800 419 8407
  • Our team will provide resolution within 24-48 hours.
    • If required, our team will arrange reverse pick up of products. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse -> post quality check -> refund or replacement shall be processed.
    • For refunds, please check these points:
  • Refunds will be given as USTRAA Store credits with lifetime validity.
  • Shipping and/or Cash on delivery (COD) charges, if paid, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Any cashback given for the order will be deducted.
  • Products bought on SALE will not qualify for refund.
  • In case of damaged/expired products, we will offer replacement.

*Doesn’t apply on Ustraa Fragrances. For fragrances issue needs to be reported within 48 hours after delivery.


Fragrances Return & Replacement Policy

For USTRAA Fragrances (Cologne, Perfume, and Deodorant), we offer return* only in following exceptional cases:

  • If product gets damaged in transit
  • If you get a wrong product
  • If you receive an expired product 
  • If a product is missing in your order

In case of any of the above events, we will offer a return on Ustraa Fragrances. Please take note:

  • Issue needs to be reported within 48 hours after delivery.

  • In-case you get a damaged product, please help us with relevant images.
  • Refunds will be given as Ustraa Store Credits with lifetime validity.

* - Please read: If the product is delivered in proper condition with intact packaging, we would not be able to accept returns. This is because:

  • Once a bottle is opened or tested, it cannot be repacked and offered to any othercustomer.
  • Fragrance is a very personal choice - meaning what one may like can be different from what others may like.

Trimmer Return & Replacement Policy

USTRAA warrants your trimmer for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Your trimmer would be covered for any defect - due to faulty material or workmanship. 

To be eligible for warranty of Trimmer, please read the warranty guidelines and check these points carefully:

  • Please report the issue with relevant video and images - showing the defect. This will help us provide resolution faster.
  • Your issue would be addressed and, if required, the product will be picked to verify the issue by our expert team.
  • If the product found is faulty, it will be repaired or replaced, without any cost.
  • In case no manufacturing defect is found, the same product will be returned to you.

Note: If the product is delivered in properly intact condition without any damage OR you didn’t like it, we will not be able to take return requests of the product. We recommend you read the fine prints of our warranty here.
