2) Are there any chemicals in Ustraa products?
A: All our Ustraa products do not contain any harmful chemicals. They are totally Sulphate and Paraben free. Know more about Sulphates and Parabens here
3) Does Happily Unmarried still make lifestyle gifting products?
A. We have discontinued our range of lifestyle products and now have two brands for Men’s and Women’s Grooming. You can check out our Women’s grooming brand here
4) What is Ustraa subscription plan?
A: Ustraa subscription plan gives you hassle free deliveries of Ustraa products. We do not want you to waste time ordering supplies when there are so many places to visit, so many beers to taste, so many women to date….you get the drift. Plus you get to save upto Rs.750 on when you choose our subscription plans.
This is how our subscription plans work:
You get 3 shipments over a period of 5 months.
The first shipment is shipped immediately after you order.
2nd and 3rd shipments? Whenever and wherever you want. You can request the replenishments from our mobile app and our website. Btw, we know you are busy partying, so we would remind you about your replenishments. Do not worry, we got you covered.
Don’t want the shipments anymore? You can cancel the subscription plan anytime you wish to by going to 'My Subscription' section in your profile. Read more about our Ustraa subscription cancellation and refund policy here
5) What places do we ship to?
We ship our orders across India.
6) Do you have Cash on Delivery as a payment option?
A. Yes, we do have Cash on Delivery (CoD) as a payment option for over 12,000 pincodes.
7) How long would my order take to reach?
A: About 4-5 working days if you choose Standard delivery. We also have Next Day Delivery for selected pincodes. Read more here
8) What is the status of my order?
A. Please use 'TRACK ORDER' button in the footer.
9) Can I return an item if I don't like it, and if so how?
A: We have a 7 days after delivery return and replacement policy. Simply call our support number at 1800 3000 7347/5887 (we take calls on working days (Monday to Friday) between 10 AM and 6 PM). Please don't start shouting immediately, ask for the person who looks after online shopping (you don't want to shout at the wrong guy, it’s no fun).
