About The Role:

Candidates fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam. The job would involve handling customers concerns over E-mail, chat & phone. E-commerce experience would be appreciative.

Who Can Apply?

• Fluent in any of these languages - Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam
• Knowledge of writing emails and call handling
• Candidates who have completed graduation course
• 1-2 years experience in customer service
• Experience in E-commerce will be appreciated

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling outbound and inbound calls
• Excellent communication (Calls/mails) and problem-solving skill
• Tracking daily dispatched shipment to ensure all shipments are getting delivered on given TAT
• Tracking and reporting delayed shipment with reasons
• Helping customers/callers with our product related queries
• Communicating with logistic vendors to close maximum waybill numbers
