Trimmer Return & Replacement Policy
USTRAA warrants your trimmer for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Your trimmer would be covered for any defect - due to faulty material or workmanship.
To be eligible for warranty of Trimmer, please read the warranty guidelines and check these points carefully:
- Please report the issue with relevant video and images - showing the defect. This will help us provide resolution faster.
- Your issue would be addressed and, if required, the product will be picked to verify the issue by our expert team.
- If the product found is faulty, it will be repaired or replaced, without any cost.
- In case no manufacturing defect is found, the same product will be returned to you.

Note: If the product is delivered in properly intact condition without any damage OR you didn’t like it, we will not be able to take return requests of the product. We recommend you read the fine prints of our warranty here.
