In case you purchased the product from a place other than Ustraa website - you need to upload the bill and enter the bill number as proof of purchase.
Warranty does not cover plastic parts or accessories such as rechargeable battery, charger/adaptor, trimmer's cutter blade and other parts which can be damaged due to mishandling.
Warranty does not cover damage due to improper usage, normal wear and tear, and defects that do not impact the operation of the appliance.
Warranty will cease to exist if the trimmer is opened or attempted to repair at a third party facility not authorized by Ustraa.
Warranty shall be denied if the invoice submitted during registration of appliance is found to be incorrect.
Please keep your warranty card or hard copy/soft copy of bill handy at the time of pick up if warranty is utilized for returns or refunds.
